Councillors are summoned to attend the Parish Council meeting on
Wednesday 28th September 2022,
7.30pm in Much Marcle Memorial Hall
1. Apologies for absence
2. To receive Declarations of Interest, Councillors are reminded of the need:-
3. Public Participation
Members of the public are permitted to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. The period of time, which is at the Chairman’s discretion, for public participation shall not exceed 15 minutes. Each member of the public is entitled to speak once only in respect of business itemised on the agenda and shall not speak for more than five minutes. Questions/comments shall be directed to the Chairman. To include a report from the ward member.

To approve the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 20th July 2022, as a correct record
5. Parish Council Vacancy
To consider the Co Option of a member to serve on the Parish Council.
6. Community Shop
To receive a report from a representative of the Community Shop group.
7. Defibrillator Rushall and Kynaston
To consider the installation and funding of a Defibrillator for the Rushall Area.
8. Bartons Playing Field
To consider the installation of Jubilee gates and railings at the entrance to Bartons Playing Field and the costs involved.
9. Flooding
To consider the implementation of a working group for flooding issues.
