PDFs and other documents

Some of our PDFs which were published for Archival purposes are not fully compliant as they were created before 2018, documents created after 2018 have been checked with the Accessibility tools in MS Word and the exported PDF inherit those standards.

The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 if they’re not essential to providing our services. For example, we do not plan to fix Parish Council minutes and other 3rd party documents that are out of our control.
