NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Annual Meeting of Much Marcle Parish Council will be held in Much Marcle Memorial Hall on 11 May 2022 at 7.30pm
All members are summoned to attend. The business to be transacted is set out in the agenda, which is detailed below.
AGENDA
- To elect the Chairman for 2022/23 and to witness the Chairman’s formal Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
- To receive and accept apologies for absence.
- To receive declarations of interest.
- Vote of Thanks for 2021-22 Chairman
- To elect the Vice Chairman for 2022-23
6. Public Participation
Members of the public are permitted to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. The period of time, which is at the Chairman’s discretion, for public participation shall not exceed 15 minutes. Each member of the public is entitled to speak once only in respect of business itemised on the agenda and shall not speak for more than three minutes. Questions/comments shall be directed to the Chairman.

To approve the Minutes of the meeting held on 9th March 2022, as a correct record.
8. Queens Platinum Jubilee Celebrations
To receive information from the Queens Platinum Jubilee 2022 working group and consider any recommendations

To receive an update on the Parish Council representative for the Much Marcle Consolidated Fund from Herefordshire Community Foundation.
