Much Marcle Parish Council Meeting

Councillors are summoned to attend the Parish Council meeting on 

Wednesday 23rd June 2021, 7.30pm 

in Much Marcle Memorial Hall 

1. Apologies for absence

2. To receive Declarations of Interest, Councillors are reminded of the need:-

  1. To update their register of interests.
  2. To declare any personal interests in items on the agenda and their nature. (Councillors may stay, take part and vote in the meeting)
  3. To declare any prejudicial interests in items on the agenda. (Councillors must leave the room for the item in which they have declared a prejudicial interest)

 

3. Dispensations 

To consider any requests for new Disclosable Pecuniary Interest Dispensations.

 

4. Public Participation 

Members of the public are permitted to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business included in the agenda.  The period of time, which is at the Chairman’s discretion, for public participation shall not exceed 15 minutes.  Each member of the public is entitled to speak once only in respect of business itemised on the agenda and shall not speak for more than five minutes.  Questions/comments shall be directed to the Chairman.

To approve the Minutes of the Annual Council Meeting held on 19th May 2021, as a correct record

 

6. Projects

To further consider any proposed Community Projects. 

 

7. Representations

To consider a representative of the Parish Council to sit on the Much Marcle Memorial Hall Committee.

8.2 To receive Planning decisions from Herefordshire Council

9. Highways

9.1 Footpaths and Rights of Way  

To receive a report from the Footpath group 

 

9.2 To receive a report from the Highways group (Cllrs G Baker & F Powell)

10. Finance

10.1 To consider the Annual Internal Audit 2020/21

 

10.2 To approve the Annual Governance Statement

 

10.3 To consider, approve and sign the Accounting Statements

 

10.4 To approve and confirm the signing of the exemption certificate

 

10.5 To approve the list of invoices for payment.

To note the list of Correspondence received:

12. Matters to be raised for next meeting

Each Councillor is requested to use this opportunity to raise items for inclusion on future agendas. Councillors are respectfully reminded that this particular item is not an opportunity for debate or decision making.
