2. Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting 8th May 2014
The minutes of the Annual Parish meeting held on the 7th May 2014 were noted and originally approved at the Parish Council meeting held on the 2nd June 2014.

3 Chairman’s Report
Councillor Brian Morgan presented his report on the activities of the Parish Council during the year 2014-2015 with the main points as follows:

Welcome to the newly elected members of the Council
There was 65% attendance to meetings by Councillors.
The continuing development of the Much Marcle Neighbourhood Plan, with the appointment of Foxley Tagg Planning Consultants as professional advisors.
The increase of the Parish Council precept by 3.9% to cover Parish costs.

4. Estimates of Income and Expenditure for 2014-2015
The Clerk presented the budget for 2014-2015 as agreed at the meeting on the 3rd December 2014.
